Wild Boar

We offer true Wild Boar from Florida and Alabama where they run wild destroying crops and farmers fences. We professionally trap them and both harvest & process them under USDA inspection and Fish & Wild Life transportation guidance and licensing. We only process 80 to 150 lb animals in order to maintain a consistent wild boar nutty pork flavor.

Their Diet

Wild Boar are also referred to as feral wild hogs and roam through farms dieting on a variety of natural foods including fresh planted seeds, nuts, roots, berries & fruit as well as acorns, wild greens and mushrooms.

2-6 oz bone in chops have a sweet nutty flavor that only wild boar can produce. No hormones or antibiotics. Vacuum packed for freshness and always shipped frozen.
