All ingredients must be certified as acceptable by a third party certifier. Raised on family farms in Pennsylvania's Amish country. Each bird is tracked from egg to our door. All About Shipping Our goal is to ship our product to you so that it safely arrives with its full nutrition and flavor preserved at the lowest possible cost to you. Our meats are processed fresh and then flash frozen until they arrive at your door. This method allows us to deliver product of the highest possible quality. Please note that we do require an order minimum of 5 lbs to ensure that your frozen products arrive safely. Our Shipping Guarantee If your order takes longer than the specified transit time and the product is spoiled (based on your selection at time of purchase i.e. Next Day or 2nd Day), we will refund your shipping charge. Please note that any order over $100.00 will be shipped out UPS (insured) so DHL will not be an option. Shipping charges on any order will remain the same if UPS is used in place of DHL. **UPS or DHL does not deliver Saturday, Sunday or Monday** Just call us at (800) 326-7874. Its that simple! How We Pack Our product is packed to last 3 days under normal "in transit" conditions All perishable product is packed in insulated containers with liners. Dry ice and gel packs are added to package contents to keep your product frozen until it arrives at the intended location. How We Ship We ship via UPS and are slowly phasing out DHL. So we have the discretion of using UPS over DHL and please note that the shipping charge will remain the same. Our advanced shipping system only uses shipping methods which are capable of getting your perishable product to you in 2 days or less. When We Ship We make every effort to ship your product as soon as possible, however, in order to ensure the freshest product we operate on a "just in time" inventory system. This means that some of our products may be momentarily unavailable and your shipment may be delayed. Keeping Shipping Costs Low Due to Blackwing's shipping volumes, we negotiate reduced shipping rates from our shipping service providers and pass these savings on to you. Shipping To Certain Areas If you are shipping to any of the areas (shown in yellow) indicated on the map below, your shipping cost (lb) will be lower if you order more product. Most locations in the green zone can be shipped UPS ground and receive delivery within 2 days.  The yellow zone areas must ship UPS 2nd day air.  Prices for shipping may differ depending on your zone and an email will be sent with the final shipping charges.
